Q: What are your delivery hours?
A: Our hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday thru Sunday. Restaurants may have different hours. Click on each restaurant and the restaurant's open and close times are listed at the top.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: REFUND, RETURNS and CANCELATION POLICIES:
Although customer service is our number one priority, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for delivered food. The customer will receive an email confirming the order and will contain an invoice. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, he may do so within 10 minutes of initial order. This time may not be extended. BE SURE OF YOUR ORDER. Make sure you are satisfied with your order requests before you put in your payment information and submit your order. No refund will be issued due to customer error i.e.,(a) a customer does not ansewer their phone,callbox, door or email, (b) a customer is dissatisfied with their selection or (c) if a customer does not answer their phone,door,callbox or email in a timely fashion reulting in a cold or otherwise deminished order quality.
Q: What is your estimated delivery time?
A: We try to make it to you in under an hour however, times may be longer due to volume and traffic. We are usually extremely fast, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
Q: How much is the delivery charge?
A: Delivery charge is $5.50 for orders totaling $49 or less. For orders $50-99 the fee is $10 and increases by $5 for every $50 your order total increases. Example: Total $100, delivery fee $15; Total $150, delivery fee $20 etc.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximun order amount?
A: There is no minimum! There is no maximum! However, if you'd like to place an order for more than $150, please email us at TheDude@TheFastFoodDude.com to schedule.
Q: I'd like to have food catered. What should I do?
A: For office, party or any other social event catering, please contact us at least 2 hours before the expected event to schedule a catering order for delivery.
Q: Do you deliver from places not listed on your site?
A: No. However, we'd love to hear your requests. Email us your suggestions: TheDude@TheFastFoodDude.com
Q: Can I order from more than one restaurant?
A: Currently to increase speed we can only deliver from one restaurant per order. If you would like to order from multiple restaurants, you must place multiple orders. If you order from more than one restaurant per order placed, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.
Q: Can I place an order after you close at 10 p.m.?
A: No, Orders placed after 10 p.m. will be canceled and your money refunded. If you would like to schedule a delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How do I pay in cash?
A: We are no longer taking cash orders.
Q: Can I call in my order and pay for it over the phone?
